What we keep

When you call, email, message us on WhatsApp or write to us through the form on this website, we keep what you send us (your name, number or email address, your vehicle and what you asked) to answer you and to do the work you book. When you buy from the shop, we keep your order, your address and what is needed to deliver and account for it.

Cookies and advertising

This website sets the cookies it needs to work (for example the shop's basket and signing in). Google Ads' cookies, which show us which of our adverts led to a visit or an order, are set only if you press Accept on the cookie notice. If you accept, Google uses them as its own privacy policy describes. The full list is on our cookies page; Cookie settings at the bottom of every page changes your answer.

How long

We keep your messages (including those sent through the website's form), and your bookings, for as long as we need them to look after your vehicle, and orders for as long as the law asks us to keep accounts.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we keep about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, by emailing info@directperformance.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
